Day Program for Older Adults

Provided by Fraser Health

Day Program for Older Adults provides social connection, fun activities, exercise, and health checks for seniors who have health challenges and want to keep living as independently as possible.
The program also provides respite, and health and wellness support for caregivers.

Virtual Day Program for Older Adults may be available at some locations for those who cannot attend in person. You can see, hear and talk with the Day Program for Older Adults team from the comfort of your own home.

How to Access Services:

NEW CLIENT
Contact the Fraser Health Access Line: Home and Community Care (previously called the Home Health Service Line). There are 2 ways to do this:
1) Call 1-855-412-2121 or
2) Book a telephone appointment by filling out our online form, click here.
Are open seven days a week from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, 365 days a year.

CURRENT CLIENT
Contact your Home Health location, click here.

Participant eligibility to the program is determined through the local home health office. Some services are provided free of charge while others include a cost based on your after tax income.
