Affordable Recreation for Community Health (ARCH) - Financial Assistance for Recreation in Kamloops

ARCH is a subsidy program that helps residents access City facilities and programs.

To be eligible for ARCH applicants must be a permanent resident of Kamloops and meet one of the options below:
  • Receive Income Assistance from the Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction (MSDPR)
  • Have an annual income that is below the Statistics Canada Low Income Guidelines
  • Receive a Canadian Pension or Long-term Disability that is below the Low Income Guidelines
