Family Navigators offer guidance through complex systems, along with one-to-one emotional support and opportunities to connect with the community.
They are here to help find resources, support, and/or services in:
- Pre and post-natal care
- Early years and intervention
- Health or mental health
- Parent education and support
- Community services and programs
