Surrey Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT Clinic) - Creekside Outpatient Services Clinic (Rapid Access) - Addictions Treatment

Provides a prescribed medicine such as methadone or suboxone, in a supervised clinical setting to treat people who have a problematic pattern of opioid use.
Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) Services, often referred to as OAT, provides people who have been diagnosed with an opioid disorder with treatment using medications like buprenorphine/naloxone (Suboxone) methadone and Oral Morphine (SROM)/Kadian.

Clients also have access to psycho-social services like counselling and residential treatment and get connected to regular medical care and other supports, like employment services and stable housing.
