We provide housing retention assistance, assistance with applications, and referrals to services that can meet the individual needs of our clients. Also provides basic needs support to assist clients in stabilizing their housing situation.

Housing Outreach: This Housing Outreach team is dedicated to meeting people where they’re at, using a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed approach. We advocate, provide referrals, and basic needs items to meet clients' needs. The goal is to provide a hand up rather than a handout to those in need.

Harm Reduction Outreach: offer harm reduction outreach that is culturally sensitive to the needs of our community. Our outreach services include harm reduction kits, referrals to services, and our Wellbriety weekly group.
