Provides financial assistance for children's swimming lessons for those who may not otherwise be able to afford them.
This fund provides financial subsidies for Delta children to learn how to swim. Complete or partial funding is available for children six months to twelve years of age to learn how to swim in Delta Parks, Recreation and Culture lesson sets at any Delta pool.
