The Club - Psychosocial Rehabilitation

Provides a safe environment where people feel connected and supported throughout their recovery journey.
The Club is a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to navigate their mental health challenges and discover wellness tools on their journey toward recovery. The Club creates opportunities for people to develop skills, build confidence and improve quality of life in areas of personal life, pre-employment, education and leisure.
The Club offers:
- 1-1 support with Mental Health Workers to focus on personal recovery goals
- Transitional Employment support and services
- Sensory and Mindfulness Programs
- Your Life and Recovery Journey
- Daily Wellness Programs
- Access to Rehabilitation Funding and Therapeutic Volunteer Program
Eligbility: Must be 18 years of age or older and reside in Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows, Katzie First Nation and Kwanten First Nation and be diagnosed with a mental health issue.
