Indigenous Health and Wellness Promotion Programs
Addictions / Substance Use, Condition Specific Support, Indigenous Services, Mental Health - Adult & Senior, Mental Health - Child & Youth, Public Health, and Sexual Health

- Traditional Elder Counselling: 1-on-1 spiritual guidance, support and counselling with an elder.
- Positive Health Program: A supportive program for indigenous people living with HIV. Outreach workers first assist and support individuals with stabilization and then focus on an action plan that relates to the client’s social and medical health.
- Red Path Program: A 12-week (8-hours/week) psycho-spiritual-educational program aimed at addressing trauma through culture, art, and traditional teachings. Includes 1-on-1 counselling support.
- Fraser Health Mental Health Liaison: Available for appointments 1 day/week to provide mental health and emotional supports, as well as referrals to other community resources and programs
- Indigenous Harm Reduction Outreach and Counselling Program: Provides access to clean harm reduction supplies, naloxone, and support to reduce rates of blood borne infections and overdose. This program also offers connection to medical detox, addictions intake, action plans and referral.
