Provides an emergency shelter and transitional housing for people in the Tri-Cities.
The purpose of 3030 Gordon is to provide an emergency shelter and transitional housing for people who are homeless in the Tri-Cities.

The emergency shelter has 30 private rooms, 20 for men and 10 for women, and people have access to three meals a day. The transitional housing side has 30 units of housing, each with its own kitchen and bathroom.
