Provides opioid agonist treatment and related services.
A medical practice that provides a supportive, multidisciplinary, outpatient opioid agonist treatment program for adults 19 and older who use heroin or other opiates. Offers long-term stabilization on methadone and suboxone, withdrawal management, and individual counselling for clients.

Fees are $100 per month for ongoing treatment; clients may qualify for coverage or reimbursement.
